i started sleeping with my pc on. the glow is somewhat comforting when i'm hidden away in my room... but i dont think i'm able to sleep very deeply. sometimes i still hear the ringing in my head and feel like i fell asleep on the clock so i panic and jolt myself awake

i order all my food with no-contact delivery but i still feel like he's out there when i open the door. i need to sleep more but i feel him in the room when it's too dark.

i have to meet my quotas and they keep raising the bar... i have no time for anything anymore. i'm losing trust in this system. not to mention my student loan payments are hanging over my head and the interest is just piling up.

it's getting harder to push myself to go out there. with the night shifts i'm already not sleeping well but the nightmares are starting to become more frequent... so what little sleep i DO get isn't even restful.

been trying to make remote work from home suffice with a shitty call center gig. I don't think the numbers we cold-call were obtained legitimately since every person who picks up just screams and threatens me to take them "off the list". like "the list" is even in my control
